People in costume are so much fun!
Last weekend, I had the chance to act as red-carpet paparazzi for the North Idaho Life Masquerade Ball. I was parked at the Greyhound Event Center in Post Falls, Idaho, waiting for folks dressed to the nines to join the party.
Many arrived in limos. All were grinning from ear to ear, donning elegant ball gowns, tuxedos and masks to support Children’s Village. The organization is a residential home for children who are in need of a safe haven from abuse, neglect, or severe family crisis.
Happy to support a good cause, I clicked away more than 1,400 frames. And there weren’t even any dogs involved! Just one cat …
A couple jumped out at me and I had to do something more with them. My favorite group of pirates and courtesans, I put in front of a night cityscape.
My favorite couple, I placed in the courtyard path of a castle.
If you see your picture and would like to purchase a digital copy, please reach out and let me know. If you don’t see yourself just yet, check back. I’m still looking through all those photos to find the right one of you.
